The game is an incredible, variety rich shooter with a non-linear, branching paths style galaxy to explore. It’s pretty, accessible, fun and really rather good! Full details on the game’s website. When you play the game, it looks like this:

I’m really please with how Scoregasm has turned out, and i really hope you enjoy playing it. There’s a demo available if you need to try before you buy too. It’s also available for Mac OS X, Windows and Linux, and you’ll get a copy for each platform when you buy the game.

Also, if you’re into electronic music, you’ll likely get a lot from John Marwin’s awesome soundtrack, which you can purchase from the Scoregasm site. If you’ve not heard of John before, there’s a good chance you’ve heard his music if you’re into indie games. His work has been in numerous games to date, most notably Clean Asia, and Tuning (IGF award winner!), as well as some of my own previous games. The soundtrack comes in high quality MP3 and OGG formats, and you get a nice little PDF booklet with commentary from John on each track, plus some stories he wrote for a few of them in separate text files.
